With Arthur, you're able to keep a client's credit on file to be billed for your services. That means no more invoicing or waiting for them mail a check or complete a charge. Arthur will also automatically send your client a receipt. 

Adding your client's credit card:

  1. Click on the client you'd like to bill in your Clients list
  2. Click on the Billing tab next to on the left side of the page under the client's name
  3. Add your client's credit card info on your own OR invite them to add their details via e-mail
  4. If you choose to e-mail your client, you will be notified via e-mail as soon details have been added
